Roland Howley is a master carpenter and general contractor with over thirty years of experience in high-end residential construction and renovations. Born and raised in the west of Ireland, Roland began his carpentry apprenticeship at the age of fifteen under the esteemed Sweeney family of Ballyhean. He quickly honed his skills working on custom woodworking projects across Ireland.

At the age of twenty-one, Roland immigrated to the United States, where he joined Nordic Custom Builders. He spent seven years as a master carpenter before being promoted to project manager, a role he held for six years. During this time, he oversaw high-end custom projects in prestigious locations such as New York City, Greenwich, CT, the Hamptons, Nantucket, and Cape Cod.

In 2016, Roland founded Howley Custom Construction, specializing in residential renovations across Fairfield and Westchester Counties. Through his extensive experience, he has built a trusted network of skilled subcontractors, ensuring top-tier craftsmanship and attention to detail in every project.

Now, with his latest venture, Copper Beach Estates, Roland is expanding into property management and seeking custom projects that leverage his deep expertise and his team’s exceptional skills. His commitment to quality, precision, and client satisfaction remains the foundation of his work as he continues to shape distinctive and beautifully crafted homes.
